About this course
A deliberately non-technical 2-day (14-hour) course for groups of 6 to 12 executives and managers. Day 1: what the organisation is exposed to and what leadership is accountable for. Day 2: the first forty-eight hours of an incident, including a team crisis exercise built on a scenario credible in your own context. 66% simulations and workshops. Assessed through in-session work; certificate recorded under a unique number.
